If you are a content provider having problems identifying whether a specific piece of content should be classified as "18" and placed behind access controls then you can ask IMCB for non-binding advice. To request this, e-mail advice@imcb.org.uk, with a copy of the relevant content on which advice is being sought.

Before seeking advice please read through the Classification Framework, in particular the specific requirements contained in section 2.

If you would like to make a complaint please contact the mobile operator account manager you have relationship with and allow 28 days for a reponse from the mobile operator before making a complaint to IMCB.
