Consumers

If you are a consumer wanting to complain about the mis-classification of mobile commercial content you should firstly contact the mobile operator concerned. Please visit the consumers section of our website.

If you have already complained to the relevant mobile operator and remain dissatisfied with their response, you can complain to us. In order to speed up the processing of your complaint, please complete all relevant sections of the online form below and submit it to us.

Content providers

Please send an e-mail to staff@imcb.org.uk providing a full description of the dispute you are having with a mobile operator, including details of the content and confirmation that attempts to resolve the dispute have reached deadlock. Please note that in order to process your complaint, all details may need to be shared with the relevant operator(s). Please make clear to us any commercial information that is to be treated as confidential.
